Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Product: Veils

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to various reasons. This decision was made in consideration of handling and the nature of the veil fabric being extremely delicate, along with other considerations.

Brides uncertain of how to choose a veil colour may contact us directly and provide photos and the colour name of your dress before ordering. 

If the veil has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a free replacement or a full refund. 

If there is a postal shipping delay, please contact Bridal Spree immediately with the date by which you need the veil. 

If you have any issues with your order, including the veil colour not matching your dress colour, please contact Bridal Spree immediately for a solution (a veil replacement fee of $35 CAD or $35 USD may apply). Please include photos of the veil with your dress and the colour name of your dress. There is no need to return the original veil. We take care of our Brides to ensure your wedding planning journey is stress-free from our part.

Product: Blankets

Exchanges are not permitted as blankets are made to order. Full refunds are permitted for damage or quality issues, simply provide a photo of the problem (required) within 14 days of delivery. Returning the blanket is not necessary for eligible refunds. We would love to hear about any issues and make it right- please contact us through our contact form.
