Shipping to Canada & USA

• Free shipping for all orders within Canada & USA.
• Ships same or next business day.
• Delivery times are location-dependent.
  • Veils ship from Vancouver, Canada. Typical delivery times are:
    Canada: Standard Shipping 2-7 business days.
    USA: Tracked Packet 4-7 business days.
  • Couples Blankets are made to order and ship from USA. Typical delivery times are:
    Canada: Standard Shipping 10-20 business days.
    USA: Tracked Packet 2-5 business days.

• For urgent orders, please contact us for shipping upgrades.

Changes to Orders or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled nor changed in the system. If you realize that you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us immediately- we can correct or cancel the order only if your order has not been shipped out yet.  

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.  In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Bridal Spree assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. 

If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please contact us immediately-- we can correct the address only if the order has not been sent to production (blankets) or shipped out yet (veils).
